Helena has over 15 years’ experience working with people with multiple disabilities and mental health disorders. She attended Arizona State University for her undergraduate degree then went on to graduate with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Marist College. She also received graduate certificates in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Sage Colleges and Organizational Behavior Management from The Florida Institute of Technology. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed in Behavior Analysis and Mental Health Counseling in the state of New York. She also has experience presenting original material at professional conferences throughout New York, making business proposals to administrators and stakeholders of various companies, as well as creating and implementing agency-wide initiatives and monitoring their progress.
